By using CapSync, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide our captioning, transcription, and translation services. We do not claim ownership of your original media or the captions you create for your own use.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to upload and process any content through CapSync, including rights to any music, video, images, or third-party material included in your files.

4. Restricted Uses

Without prior written permission from CapSync, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute CapSync software or branding
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from CapSync apps or services
• Use CapSync trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without approval
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
