The CapSync name, logos, trademarks, app icons, website design, software, source code, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive property of CapSync or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
"CapSync" and related marks, logos, and brand assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of CapSync. You may not use these marks without prior written permission, except as needed to accurately refer to CapSync or our products.
All other trademarks appearing in connection with CapSync are the property of their respective owners.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the videos, audio, text, and other content you upload to CapSync ("User Content").
By using CapSync, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide our captioning, transcription, and translation services. We do not claim ownership of your original media or the captions you create for your own use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to upload and process any content through CapSync, including rights to any music, video, images, or third-party material included in your files.
4. Restricted Uses
Without prior written permission from CapSync, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute CapSync software or branding
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from CapSync apps or services
- Use CapSync trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without approval
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content available through CapSync infringes your copyright, please send a notice to:
